Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not give refunds or exchanges, except for goods damaged before delivery.

Damaged before delivery

If your order was damaged before it was delivered to you, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and of the outside of the package. If we confirm the damage happened before delivery, we will send a replacement or refund the product price to your original payment method.

Change of mind, ordering the wrong item and an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not covered.
